The room I booked was new-fashioned and well-designed with fridge and microwave and a cooler. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The staff was supper friendly, amiable with every request. The location couldn't be more particularly good very close to airport.

The hotel has new-fashioned and compact rooms with microwave and juice, for instance. The staff is very courteous and superbly friendly, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. The location it has just off many restaurants and shopping centers, Latham, NY, and the Colonie Center, a major shopping mall is favourable and excellent.

All in all marvellous and perfect location, next to airport and highway and a local restaurant. Also, in a quiet area.

The setting is good and unbeatable, not far from stores and restaurants, many restaurants and shopping centers and airport and highway. The hotel's staff are really helpful and attentive. The units are well-kept with microwave and fridge.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints.

The location was particularly good - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. It was 1 mi from Chipotle Mexican Grill, offering quick-service food. Appreciated our rooms with microwave and fridge. Everything here was good.

During my recent business trip to upstate NY, I stayed at a well-located hotel with easy access to a gas station, popular chain restaurants, and a Target. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay after a long day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and enjoyable stay. In the morning, the breakfast offering provided a convenient and satisfying start to the day.

There was a strange smell in the room, which detracted from the overall experience.

Very good overall experience. Quiet hotel in a quiet area so close to mini market right around the corner, and the center of the roomm. Amicable staff on reception and elsewhere. Modern & beautifully maintained unit with fridge, juice and microwave. Magnificent location to Pruyn House. Good choice of food options at a moderate distance from the venue;)))
